Although the US government emphatically states that it does not have a specific incident, Americans traveling to Europe get a travel alert.

The negative travel advice applies throughout the summer. In the opinion, the government addresses incidents in France, Russia, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

According to the US, IS and Al Qaeda has the potential to plan and implement a terrorist attack in Europe.

The previous travel advice for Europe, given before the winter holiday, expired in February.

It has now been reintroduced because the government wants to warn US citizens before the summer holidays that there is a continuous risk.
