North Korea Claims Ballistic Missile can reach Anywhere
North Korea Claims Ballistic Missile can reach Anywhere. The Russians refer the test results of the North Korean rocket to the land of the fables. According to Pyongyang, a missile drove 1,000 kilometers after a recent test, but according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, it was at most half.
In triumphant tone, Pyongyang reported that the country had launched an intercontinental ballistic missile. According to North Korea, it reached an altitude of 2800 kilometers.
Moscow is also in doubt; the rocket came to 535 kilometers according to Russia. The Russians assume that the launched rocket was a medium-distance racket.
American observers also question the North Korea claim and assume that the launched missile was not a long-haul racket.
According to the US, South Korea, and Japan, the rocket reached an altitude of 2500 kilometers and set a distance of 930 kilometers.
An expert says the rocket would theoretically be powerful enough to reach Alaska. Major urban areas on the west coast of the US, such as Los Angeles and San Francisco, are out of reach of the rocket.
