Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie Accused Weinstein for Harassment

Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow also say the victim of sexual harassment by Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Both of them were happening at the beginning of their career; the New York Times reported the paper that brought the case around Harvey Weinstein last week.

 

“I was a child and terrified.”

In an email, Angelina Jolie says she had a “bad experience with Harvey Weinstein” in her youth. “I chose never to warn others if they did.”

Gwyneth Paltrow says in a statement that she was called by Weinstein to her hotel suite after she had been assigned the lead in the film Emma. There he touched her and said he wanted to be massaged. “I was a child, I just got a contract, and I was terrified.”

The Obama’s have also responded to the scandal. In a statement, the former president and his wife say they find the “disgusting” case. They praise the “courage of women who dare to bring this out.”

Meanwhile, Weinstein’s wife Georgina Chapman has left him. The couple married in 2007 and had two children. Harvey Weinstein is accused of sexually intimidating women for years.

“My heart hurts for all those women who have suffered enormous pain by these cruel acts. I chose to leave my husband,” writes 41-year-old Georgina Chapman in a statement.
