Bombings in the Syrian city of Homs today, at least 42 people died. At the headquarters of the military intelligence three suicide bombers blew themselves up.
In one of the attacks the head of military intelligence was slain in the city, along with 29 colleagues. Another attack took another twelve people died, the Observatory for Human Rights reported.
Who committed the attack is not clear. Homs in western Syria, is largely under the control of the Syrian army and has been repeatedly targeted by shelling in this Islamic State.
