The dead and missing people, including two children, come from two families. A senior woman reported as missing was found unharmed.
Why the building collapsed today is unclear. Eyewitnesses say they have not heard an explosion.
Well, it was just before the building collapsed a train right next to the building and the building was renovated. It is being investigated whether it may have caused collapse.
