David Attenborough will be knighted for a second time on Wednesday. According to British media, the British television biologist will receive his new title from Prince Charles during a ceremony at Windsor Castle.
Attenborough, 96, was knighted by Queen Elizabeth in 1985.
The biologist now receives an even higher award for his nature documentaries and his commitment to climate problems. Attenborough may call itself ‘Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St Michael And St George’.
The biologist isn’t the only one expected at Windsor Castle on Wednesday. Snow Patrol singer Gary Lightbody is among the others to receive a ribbon.
