YouTube Allows Ads on Big Channels that cannot be Skipped
YouTube Allows Ads on Big Channels that cannot be Skipped. YouTube allows a large group of creators to provide videos on their channel with ads that can not be skipped.
That option will soon be available to all creators of the YouTube Partner Program, making the company known on its video channel for professional video creators.
With the YouTube Partner Program, the company offers creators the opportunity to monetise their channel.
Since January, creators can only receive Youtube advertising revenue if their channel has more than a thousand subscribers. The videos must also have been watched for at least four thousand hours in the past year.
YouTube emphasises that previously placed ads are automatically converted to ads that can not be skipped unless the creator takes action.
