Trump wants money to go to infrastructure to create jobs, Pelosi thinks more money should go to states as support.
According to her, everything in the new package of measures should be traced back to the virus.

Trump has been shouting throughout his presidency that he wants to put money into infrastructure projects, but that hasn’t happened yet. Now he wants $ 2 trillion to be earmarked.
