Trump Accuses Facebook and Twitter of Censorship

US President Donald Trump believes social media companies are wrongly censoring him.

Facebook and Twitter blocked a message from Trump on Wednesday that they believe violated the rules about misleading information about the new coronavirus.

In the post, Trump had shared a video of an interview on Fox News’ Fox & Friends program, in which he said children are “nearly immune” to the coronavirus.

“This video contains false claims that a group of people are immune to Covid-19, which violates our policy on harmful misleading information about Corona,” said a Facebook spokesperson.

Trump: “Every doctor says what I say – not every doctor, I think, there will be a few who will not.”
