Theresa May Shed A Tear on Election Results

Theresa May Shed A Tear on Election Results. “I was broken and got a little tear.” British Prime Minister Theresa May was hugely disappointed after the British parliamentary elections that her party lost the majority in the House of Commons.

Spouse Philip informed May of the news. “It was a complete shock,” she said on BBC radio and on Express Paper today. “It took a few minutes before I realized what had happened. We did not see it coming.”

Although the defeat was heavy for the prime minister, she never said it would ever be a step forward.

May had pronounced early elections because she thought of broad support to be able to enter into the Brexit process. Because her Conservative Party has no majority in the House of Commons, the Northern Irish DUP (Party of Democratic Unionists) now gives support to the British government.
