Man Shoots Woman and Two Children During Holidays. A man shot two children and a woman during his vacation in Phoenix. Then he ended up in a gunfight with the police.
The police received a message that they shot at an apartment complex. When they arrived, they saw a dead woman lying outside. Inside were two children aged 10 and 11 who had also died.The suspect had locked himself in the apartment. After he had indicated that he had killed the children, there was a gunfight with the police. The agents could pick him up later.
One of the agents was injured. The identity of the man is unknown to the police. He would have visited the family during his vacation.Someone who also lives in the apartment complex is in shock. “Something like this never happens here: all our neighbors are very ordinary people,” he says to the local TV station KSAZ-TV.
