Social Photo Network Instagram has 700 million active monthly users. That has revealed Instagram to the edge, among others.
With the new milestone, Instagram is growing faster than before. The app had 600 million users in December 2016, which means that 100 million people have been in four months. The step from 500 million to 600 million lasted six months.
According to the social network, growth is due to a simplified log-in process within the app. In addition, it would be easier to find friends on Instagram.

Recently, Instagram announced that the Stories feature has 200 million daily active users. There is more than competitor Snapchat where the function is cloned. Whereas, Snapchat has only 150 million active users.
