British Prime Minister May is Replacing Ministers. The British Prime Minister Theresa May has made changes to her cabinet. David Gauke succeeds David Lidington as Minister of Justice. Lidington himself becomes chief of cabinet, according to the BBC.

The previous Head of Cabinet Damian Green resigned shortly before Christmas. He had been discredited in November because a woman accused him of making sexual advances. In the aftermath, media reported that porn had been detected on his computer in 2008.

There will also be a replacement for the Minister for Northern Ireland James Brokenshire. He resigns due to health problems. Brokenshire must undergo a lung operation. The Sky News channel reported that Karen Bradley is following Brokenshire.

The expectation is that May will make further changes to its government team in the coming days.
