Russia has threatened to see fighter agents of the America-led coalition over Syria as targets. And that has consequences: Australia is temporarily stopping air attacks.

Russia responded yesterday to the fact that American fighters had shot a Syrian combat device out of the air. The Russian Ministry of Defense called the US ‘violation of Syrian sovereignty and international law’.

According to the Americans, the Syrian device dropped bombs near statements made by US-backed warriors in Syria. According to Syria, it was just about the bombing of terrorist movement IS.

Russia has also stopped a particular communication line with the United States that aims to prevent conflicts in the sky above Syria.

Australia belongs to the coalition that Syria is effected with air attacks. A spokesman for the Ministry of Defense calls the “potential threat” as a reason to keep their devices for the time being.
