ChatGPT users can now subscribe to gain access to the most innovative AI models from OpenAI, the company behind the popular chatbot. A subscription to ChatGPT Pro, the new service, costs $200 monthly.
For that amount, users get unlimited access to various language models, including OpenAI o1. The company claims that the AI model, whose first version was launched in September, is comparable to a PhD candidate who has to perform challenging tasks in physics, chemistry, or biology.
The subscription also includes a pro version of o1, which OpenAI says has more computing power “to think deeper and provide even better answers to the toughest problems.”
“ChatGPT Pro offers researchers, engineers, and other individuals who use research-grade intelligence every day a way to increase their productivity and stay at the forefront of the latest developments in AI,” OpenAI announced on its website.
