Former US President George H.W. Bush Back in Hospital. One month after his wife’s funeral, former United States President George H.W. Bush hospitalised for exhaustion.
Only a few weeks ago he had been released from the intensive care unit, now the former US President George H.W. Bush (93) will be hospitalised again on Sunday night.
As spokesman Jim McGrath said in a statement via Twitter, the 93-year-old is suffering from low blood pressure and exhaustion. He is, however “awake and attentive” and has no pain.
It is also said that Bush stays in the hospital for a few days in the state of Maine for further observation.
It was not until the end of April that the 41st President of the United States (1989-1993) had to spend a few days in intensive care shortly after the funeral of his wife Barbara Bush (1925-2018) because of a blood infection.
