The first bomb exploded at a food store. Visitors and staff fled to panic. There bombed a bomb in a parked vehicle, reports the Bangkok Post.
Pattani is located approximately 75 kilometers from the Malaysian border. The region has been plagued by terrorism for years.
There are activists who are actively pursuing their state in the border region, and attacks are being made by jihadists.
Muslims in the region live predominantly. Many do not feel at home in the predominantly Buddhist Thailand.
