North Korea Says Nuclear War on Peninsula Is Inevitable
The joint air force exercises of South Korea and the United States have raised the anger of the regime in Pyongyang. War on the Korean peninsula is ‘a fait accompli’ according to North Korea.
That is what a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Korea says. “The remaining question is: when will the war break out?”
War is not out of the way:
He also indicates that North Korea does not want war, but also does not shy away from it. And the US will pay the price if the patience of North Korea is wrongly assessed.
Since this month, the US and South Korea are engaged in a major exercise involving 12,000 troops and 230 aircraft. North Korea again fired a ballistic missile last week and afterward announced that the missile program was completed: the projectiles can reach the American mainland.
