Massive Gas Explosion in A Bakery in Paris: 3 People Killed. This morning, around 9 o’clock in the centre of Paris, in the Rue de Trévise, a massive gas explosion took place. The heavy blast in a bakery seriously injured ten people.
Two firefighters and a Spanish woman were killed. This is evident from a new balance sheet of the public prosecutor’s office in the French capital. Earlier, there were four deaths, but the parquet has rectified this afternoon.
According to the police, a fire in a bakery in the ninth district arose as a result of a gas explosion. The bakery was closed at the time of the fire.
Massive chaos can be seen in photos on social media. Part of a building has been completely blown away. Other buildings were also severely damaged. Residents of the upstairs dwellings were helped down with ladders.
