Novak Djokovic Secured a Place in the Second Round of Wimbledon

Novak Djokovic secured a place in the second round of Wimbledon at the expense of the German Philipp Kohlschreiber. The titleholder won at his first performance in London 6-3 7-5 6-3 of the number 57 in the world.

Djokovic immediately handed in his service game in the opening game of the first game at Center Court of this edition.

The Serbian tennis player quickly corrected that and went to 4-1. Djokovic trailed 2-0 in the second set. He won three games in a row in the third set after a 3-3 tie.

On Sunday evening, Djokovic announced that Goran Ivanisevic would assist him during Wimbledon.

Djokovic was too keen for Kevin Anderson in the final last year, who also made it through the first round without damage. The South African left Pierre-Hugues Herbert 6-3 6-4 6-2 without a chance.
