Eurozone Inflation in November Slightly Higher Than Previously Reported

The inflation rate of the Eurozone turned out slightly higher in November than previously reported.

As a result, daily life in the euro area became 10.1 percent more expensive last month, the European statistics agency Eurostat reports based on final figures.

Eurostat previously reported an inflation rate of 10.0 percent for November.

Despite the slight upward revision, inflation declined in November for the first time in eighteen months. However, in October, inflation in the Eurozone was still a record 10.6 percent annually.
