Arnold Schwarzenegger Stable after Heart Surgery-I am Back. The former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has undergone heart surgery. Doctors have successfully replaced a heart valve, says a spokesman against The Washington Post.

Showbiz site TMZ reported earlier that doctors decided to open heart surgery because complications had occurred during a ‘somewhat experimental’ intervention. According to the spokesman, the 70-year-old Schwarzenegger is conscious again, and his condition is stable.

‘I’m back.’
When the politician woke up, his first words were reported ‘I am back.’ That seems to be a nod to his famous statement ‘I’ll be back,’ which he repeated in several roles. “He is cheerful,” the Schwarzenegger spokesman concluded.

Schwarzenegger owes his fame to his career as a bodybuilder and actor. He played in films such as Terminator, True Lies, and Total Recall. The born Austrian later went into politics on behalf of the Republican party and from 2003 to 2011 was governor of California. It earned him the nickname The Governator.

The former governor counts as an outspoken critic of his party colleague Donald Trump. The president instead scoffed at the poor viewing figures of the New Celebrity Apprentice program, which was presented by Schwarzenegger at the time. He then offered to exchange jobs, ‘so that people can sleep peacefully again.’
